Jane Murray, Director Sydney Jane founded insight2market in Sydney, Australia. Jane brings knowledge of consumer food choice, consumer and sensory research and experience in food, beverage & FMCG innovation. Prior to insight2market, Jane was head of consumer understanding for Givaudan (formerly Quest) Asia Pacific. During this time she worked extensively with a large range of blue-chip FMCG clients, using insights & research to develop new products and bring them to market. In addition, Jane has worked at CSIRO Consumer Science Program (Sydney), and the Grampian Country Food Group (UK). She gained a BSc (distinction) in Food and Consumer Science, from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, an MSc (Human Nutrition and Metabolism) from Aberdeen University School of Medicine and a PhD in Consumer and Sensory Research from the National University of Ireland (UCC). Jane has published numerous peer-reviewed research papers in journals such as Food Quality and Preference, the British Food Journal and the Journal of Sensory Studies. In 2002, she received the Jack Kefford award from the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology. Jane also works for the University of New South Wales as a casual Lecturer in Food Choice. Antonella Scarabelli, Director Singapore Antonella brings a vast experience in product development and project management in food and beverages as well as a deep technical knowledge in flavours. Prior to insight2market, Antonella held the position of beverage product manager at Givaudan in Singapore. In addition, Antonella worked for Quest International (now Givaudan) as a creative flavourist and later as flavour development manager in both Europe and Asia Pacific (based in China and subsequently Thailand). She has gained a BSc and a MSc in Agricultural Science from the Alma Mater Studiorum Universita` di Bologna in Italy with high distinction and was awarded the flavourist title after a traineeship at Quest International. Antonella has been responsible for the launch of many new products & collections across Asia and has successfully transferred existing product innovation models into developing businesses in the region. She also recently completed a certificate in sensory and consumer science from the University of California, Davies. Sandra Helmling, Designer Sandra has been co-operating with insight2market in developing its design philosophy and corporate identity, as well as in its marketing activities. Sandra brings with her more than 8 years of experience in the advertising industry as a Graphic Designer and Project Manager. Prior to moving to Australia, Sandra worked for Typodrom, Frankfurt in Germany where she worked for various German and internationally well known clients, in areas including telecommunications, finance, automotives and tourism. Her expertise and high standard of work for clients like Saab, Deutsche Telekom (T-Mobile,T-Home, T-Com), Opel, German Tourism etc, lends her the ability to assist insight2market in promoting its products in a focussed and effective manner. Her vast experience in creating, developing and managing marketing instruments like mailings, brochures, flyers, folders, Point-of-Sale, packaging, guidelines, websites and logos etc, is an asset for insight2market in developing it's marketing strategies. |
